Harper Dolman & West Insurance Ltd are a friendly, well established independent Insurance Broker based in Ilminster.


We are looking for a new member of staff to join our busy team providing a quality service to new and existing clients.

The role involves primarily working with Personal Lines Insurance to include offering quotations and advice on renewals for Clients who require Car, Home and Travel Insurance.


You will need to gather client information in order to understand their needs so as to be able to liaise with providers and offer the most suitable product available.

You will need great customer service and communication skills and be comfortable working with figures and IT systems. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise are essential.


Experience working in Insurance or financial services is preferred although training will be provided with an expectation that you could develop your career with professional qualifications.

Salary dependent on skills and experience. 40 Hours per week although a part time role may be considered.

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Ilminster, TA19 0AJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Insurance: 1 year (preferred)
