As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns
  • Up sell products or services to customers when applicable
  • Utilise phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and provide appropriate solutions
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to analyse customer needs
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Salary:
From £24,983.00 per year
