About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Trainer to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a Contact Centre Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our client's contact centre staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to contact centre staff
  • Develop and implement training materials and resources
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants
