Our client is one of the UK's leading managed print services providers, partnering with global vendors to deliver high-performance solutions focused on achieving greater utilisation, maintenance and optimisation of their clients print technology environment.
To drive continued success across their Hampshire region, they are looking to attract a highly experienced managed print services sales professional with a successful track record of winning new accounts and developing an existing portfolio of clients.
The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:
- Developing and delivering a new business sales plan by Identifying and cultivating new prospects within the region
- Creating and delivering an account development plan, aimed at cross-selling, upselling, and retention within an existing client portfolio
- Research, consult, scope, and advise on how to improve the MPS environment and performance versus cost in each client account
- Deliver pricing proposals which ensure margin performance is achieved and successfully manage the entire sales process to a close
- Maintain an accurate record of existing and prospective client activity by effectively updating the company CRM
- Liaise with relevant vendors to ensure all development opportunities are maximised
- Schedule attendance at relevant networking events and industry conferences
Candidates will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:
- Extensive experience gained selling Managed Print Services Technology Solutions to SME & Enterprise clients in the region
- Highly experienced in winning new business and delivering against account development plans and roadmaps
- A consultative approach and ability to pinpoint improvement areas to ensure each client achieves a 'purpose built' and bespoke solution
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of clients and stakeholders
- Strong commercial understanding with accomplished decision-making and negotiation skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for success
