AVASK Accounting & Business Consultants is a rapidly expanding international firm that specializes in VAT, tax, and accounting for e-commerce businesses. We assist hundreds of Amazon FBA sellers, as well as entrepreneurs across eBay, Shopify, and other platforms.

We are looking for a Business Development Administrator to provide support and customer service to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer service-based role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the setup of new clients, handling VAT & EPR Registration documents meticulously.
  • Engage with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, proactively seeking knowledge to enhance expertise.
  • Tackle ad-hoc tasks efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Skilfully handle a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional service.
  • Monitor and meet deadlines consistently, both for routine tasks and unexpected requests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service-based role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong organisational skills.
