Salary:£27,000 - £29,000 + uncapped bonus potential
Type:Full Time, Permanent
Duties:- Identify and engage with businesses to promote Apprenticeship programmes, maximising opportunities for learner starts.
- Develop and maintain employer relationships, ensuring all opportunities are explored.
- Manage daily output using internal CRM systems, ensuring efficient delivery.
- Conduct Organisational Needs Analysis to meet employer requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Report sales data and insights on a regular basis, providing valuable business intelligence.
- Maintain knowledge of policy changes, funding changes, and relevant business expectations.
- Work towards and achieve revenue targets, driving business growth.
- Experience in employer engagement/business development, promoting Apprenticeships.
- Ability to overcome objections, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional manner, with a willingness to learn.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Flexibility with travel, ensuring business needs are met.
