Waste & Recycling Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working within the Waste & Recycling department, you will keep the resort, hotels and glamping sites clear of any waste; driving and towing waste bins, recycling, bin rotations and using compactors and cardboard bailers.


You will assist in the safe and efficient operation of the Waste & Recycling team, focusing at all times on waste management, recycling, bin sortation and additional tasks as required to meet operational needs; whilst ensuring all tasks are undertaken in a safe manner, enforcing health & safety policies and procedures at all times.

Fixed term contract to November 2024 working weekends and bank holidays as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests


Due to the nature of this role, you must be aged 18 and older and a driving license is desirable.
