- Provide exceptional one-to-one service to customers with excellent product and brand knowledge
- Inspire customers with a passion for beauty and ensure a world-class client experience
- Support and develop Beauty Supervisors and Ambassadors
- Ensure brand standards are met and complete operational tasks

- Receive ongoing training and opportunities for progression
The responsibility
- Lead a large team in a multi-brand environment
- Drive team to achieve KPIs and sales targets daily
- Provide a luxury selling experience with excellent product knowledge
- Achieve individual and team objectives and sales results
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends and products
- Engage with clients to foster customer loyalty
- Organize in-store events and maintain visual presentation standards
- Support with stock counts and operational duties
- Coach and support Beauty Ambassadors
- Build relationships with brand representatives
- Champion company culture and values
Qualifications
- Experience leading a large team in a multi-brand environment
- Luxury Beauty experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Retail management background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in Luxury Fashion and Beauty brands
- Passionate about the industry with extensive retail experience
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexible to work retail hours including weekends and special events
