We are seeking *Female* *Health Care Support Workers* to support our a male service users in his own family home in *Stourbridge, West Midlands*Complesso offers a competitive salary of *£11.50 per hour *and will be supporting an individuals with *Complex, Physical needs and epilepsy.

*Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting individuals within their own home working between the hours of 8am -8pm or 8pm-8am
  • Supporting a service user with Complex needs, Physical needs and epilepsy
  • Support with aspects of personal care, medication needs, meal prep and manual handling
  • Support with life skills, social activities and medical appointments
*Required from you: * *Right to work in the UK (required) without needing sponsorship
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle or have Reliable transportation to travel to the service user's home.
* *Must speak Punjabi or Urdu

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Be strong willed and passionate
* *Have previous experience in Autism, LD, Personality Disorder, Complex needs
  • A passion for supporting individuals
