Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate support worker to join our team in providing care and support to a 28-year-old young lady with complex care needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, therapy exercises, and activities to the client, as well as accompanying her to appointments as requested.

The role requires sensitivity to the client's needs and those of her family, hence past experience in complex needs is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to the client
  • Assist with therapy exercises and activities
  • Accompany the client to appointments as requested
  • Work with the family and therapy team to set up a structured timetable of activities
  • Complete daily notes and maintain the client's living areas clean and tidy
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Past experience in complex care needs
  • Ability to work with the client's family and therapy team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A full driving licence and willingness to drive the client's vehicle
