About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Comberton, a brand new 5-bed supported living service in Kidderminster. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, enabling care to individuals with complex needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing person-centered support plans to promote independence and autonomy
  • Developing flexible and engaging activity plans to promote personal growth and development
  • Supporting individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs
  • Facilitating effective communication and maintaining detailed, person-centered records
  • Overseeing medication processes and supporting individuals in self-administration
  • Maintaining a safe and clean living environment and adhering to health and safety protocols
