Children's Residential Support Worker

Brook Street Social Care NMR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Stourbridge. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in a residential setting.
About the Role:- Ensure the safeguarding and child protection policy and procedure are always followed.
- Provide advice, assistance, and support to the children and young people in your care.
- Act as an appropriate role model to help them achieve their potential.
- Support children/young people with challenging behaviour and adopt de-escalation techniques.
- Ensure each Child/Young Person's care plan is followed and amended as appropriate to reflect their changing needs.
