Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to children in our residential setting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being of all children
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 23 years old
  • Qualifications in L3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with children in a residential setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and sleep-ins
  • Competitive salary range of £25,386 - £26,217 per annum, subject to qualifications
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to earn up to £27,292 per annum with further qualifications and experience
  • Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night
  • Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of the 6-month probation period
