We are working with a global leader in software for the staffing and recruitment industry who are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to serve as the first point of contact to their customers.


You will serve as the first point of contact to their customers, acting as their trusted advisor for quality technical support and helping them to resolve technical issues.

Typically, your day as a Technical Support Analyst would involve:

  • Answering customer phone calls and gathering information to resolve their issues.
  • Researching technical issues, helping to correct such issues, or escalating them, as necessary.
  • Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response/resolution times.

My client is ideally looking for someone with:

  • The ability to understand and articulate software-related and technical concepts.
  • 12 years of Technical Support/Enterprise Support experience.
  • A customercentric attitude and past experience of working in client/customeroriented roles.
  • Fluency in both English and French (reading, writing, and speaking).
Experience of working with Java, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and API is a plus, but not a necessity.
