We are currently working with a small but established provider of children's care to recruit a Team Leader for their 4 bed children's home based in Erdington for children and young people with mental health conditions.


This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.


To be successful in this role you must;

  • Have experience of supervising within a children's home
  • Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young peoples residential care
  • Have experience of working with children and young people
  • Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
