The Deputy Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a registered children's home. Key Responsibilities- Assume temporary responsibility for the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Support the Registered Manager in implementing Company Policies and Procedures
- Exercise discretion in determining how objectives are achieved
- Work within the overall framework of Company policies, procedures, and principles
A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in caring for children and young people in residential children's home settings is required. Experience at management/senior/team-leader level, including staff supervision, is also essential.
