Bryn Celyn is an award-winning Care Home located in Maesteg. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated admin assistant to assist the Business Support Team.

In this role, you will work across various functions within the company; including HR, legal, finance (accounts payable & accounts receivable), operations as well as working alongside the different department heads to help optimise business processes.


Must Have the following skills:

Experience in using:
0365, Share Point, One Drive, Teams

Excellent use of Excel and Word

Duties will include:

Petty cash reconciliation

Purchase Ledger

Sales Ledger

Credit Control

Input hours from Timesheets

Resident funds

Job Type:
Part-time
