Are you an experienced and highly credible Sales Manager/ Exhibitions Sales Manager, with proven expertise within B2B event sponsorship & exhibition sales, ideally within the UK healthcare market?

Your knack for smashing KPIs and telephone sales, in a dynamic environment, has led to consistently exceeding sales targets by blending new business sales campaigns with repeat sales from existing clients.

Join our Wilmington Healthcare Events EMEA team, recognized for delivering successful events for leading brands, including Health Service Journal (HSJ). You will collaborate with our award-winning HSJ Events team, dedicated to delivering commercially successful events and marketing solutions that enhance patient outcomes.

Utilize your robust sales skills to engage senior decision-makers, enticing them to leverage our events through sponsorship & marketing services to achieve their goals and expand their businesses.

- Proactively secure new business revenue in the designated territory while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
- Arrange a minimum of 30 meetings monthly, either in-person or via Microsoft Teams.
- Identify, drive, and optimize sponsorship partnership opportunities by emphasizing the value proposition to drive yield.
- Bring extensive B2B event sponsorship sales experience preferably in the events sector.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a background in relationship building.
- Show a track record of discovering and closing new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in SalesForce, Sales Navigator & Natterbox (or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with business development in the UK healthcare market.
