  • Senior Digital Experience Manager EMEA is an essential, critical role with responsibility for creating and delivering customer experiences, propositions and capabilities.

  • Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week)

The role:

  • As Senior Digital Experience Manager EMEA you will be senior member of the wider marketing team and be responsible for shaping and delivering the digital customer experience across EMEA.
  • Senior Digital Experience Manager EMEA will work closely with loyalty, data & analytics teams to drive propositions that elevate the digital experience.
  • The Senior Digital Experience Manager EMEA will manage, lead and develop a team of UI and UX designers to identify opportunities and create solutions and tools that exceed customers' expectations.
  • Working with local markets the Senior Digital Experience Manager EMEA will understand regional differences and ensure that the brand and customer experience is delivered
  • The Senior Digital Experience Manager EMEA will work closely with technical and product teams to ensure digital product solutions meet customer and business needs.
  • You will have in depth experience as a digital experience manager with expert understanding of digital customer journeys and the end to end customer experience.
  • This will be from retail, leisure or hospitality and ideally will from an organization operating across EMEA
  • As Senior Digital Experience Manager EMEA you will be highly experienced in defining requirements within digital technology and have a proven track record of working with external technology teams such as developers, system integrators architects etc
  • You will have experience across digital content management platforms, mobile apps, UX design and delivery etc
  • As Senior Digital Experience Manager EMEA you will have excellent leadership and team management skills along with excellent stakeholder management and engagement
  • You will be a creative, flexible, adaptable and pragmatic thinker and can build, lead and inspire teams, workshops and projects
