The Role - Housing Finance Manager


The Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Housing Finance Officer and the team to assist the Head of Housing Finance on a full time basis to ensure that all deadlines are met in accordance with month end reporting.

This roleoffers a hybrid working pattern.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Producing monthly Group debt reports and assisting with recovery of the debt.
  • Assisting with the management of all Housing profit centres.
  • Carrying out monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Completing monthly accruals across all Central and RMS profit centres
  • Raising of invoices for Management Fees in accordance with service charge budgets
  • Ensuring that all back up pertaining to monthly postings are saved for Audit purposes.
  • Compiling and maintaining financial information from Solicitors for Meadowship contract.
  • Reviewing of new contracts and agreeing monthly processes with Group Finance
  • Recharging of cost across RMS contracts where necessary
  • Assisting with Service charge accounts preparation when needed.
  • Assisting with Audit queries

Skills

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • AAT Level 3/ATT Level knowledge of Housing Management Systems ideal but not essential as training will be provided
