WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll be responsible for the Go to Market Business Change area where we are transforming national sales centres and retailers to deal with a new sales model incorporating on-line journeys and stock sharing across networks.

You'll be the single contact for the overseas region changes, and a key part of the team is leading the global roll-out to ensure that required change is supported by process, technology or people solutions.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Maintaining an updated global business case for relevant markets Tracking project cost & KPI's Maintain awareness of stock funding models relevant to the business and operational benefits Oversee programme and market deployment planning Developing templates and reporting for market planning

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience of a go to market transformation programme - ideally leading part of the business change process in Market Experience of financial management & reporting Appreciation of project management tools & methods, ideally the agile approach Understanding of national sales centre business processes Understanding of retailer processes

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office. At JLR, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees with more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work, if suitable for their role.
