Job Description:
The Frasers Group Talent Acquisition team are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their expanding team. This role will support the administrative side of recruitment for our retail side of the business.
You will form part of the team that supports our stores with recruitment within retail, including the hiring and back end processing of sales assistants within our stores.
This role will involve communicating with various stake holders, including store management and our Shared Services HR team.Qualifications:
- Administrative or HR experience, recruitment experience is advantageous not essential.
- Profficient excel skills
- Strong communication skills, you must be confident spending a lot of time on the phone and be able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Determined and resilient, must have the drive to deal with challenging situations and stay focussed on the task at hand
- Able to work effectively in a fastpaced commercial business and prioritise a busy workload
- Quick learner, able to pick up new systems and technical vocabulary effectively
