About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Frasers Group Learning, Development & Comms team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in crafting visually engaging and impactful design assets for various internal communications, learning initiatives, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver world-class learning experiences, resources & communications to enable our people to reach peak performance.
  • Work with stakeholders from across our business as well as our strategic brand partners to ensure that all assets are of the highest standards.
  • Support Frasers Group with business initiatives that have an impact on our people and ultimately achieve our vision.
Requirements
  • Expert with digital content creation tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications, After Affects, etc) and capability to deliver at pace.
  • Technically fluent in digital: social, web, mobile, apps.
  • Knowledge of user-centred experience design, brand development and the creative process.
  • English/Writing Qualification (e.g. GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).
  • Awareness of the Fraser Group brands, products and services.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
