About the Role
The Frasers Group Learning, Development & Comms team is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting visually engaging and impactful design assets for various internal communications, learning initiatives, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver world-class learning experiences, resources & communications to enable our people to reach peak performance.
- Work with stakeholders from across our business as well as our strategic brand partners to ensure that all assets are of the highest standards.
- Support Frasers Group with business initiatives that have an impact on our people and ultimately achieve our vision.
Requirements
- Expert with digital content creation tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications, After Affects, etc) and capability to deliver at pace.
- Technically fluent in digital: social, web, mobile, apps.
- Knowledge of user-centred experience design, brand development and the creative process.
- English/Writing Qualification (e.g. GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).
- Awareness of the Fraser Group brands, products and services.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
