Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer - Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content for our learning and development solutions.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop motion graphics, including 2D animations, to support our learning and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements, and deliver high-quality visual content that meets their needs.
  • Work with our videographer to film and edit footage for internal and external use, including social media and LinkedIn.
  • Create supporting digital assets, such as banners and GIFs, to enhance our visual content.
  • Maintain and organize file structures and working projects to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various camera formats, audio, and file types.
  • Work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail and catching errors.
  • Edit to a highly creative and technical standard.
  • Be technically fluent in digital: social, web, mobile, apps.
  • Hold an English/Writing Qualification (e.g. GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).


Requirements:


  • Experience with motion graphics, including 2D animations.
  • Proficient with content creation tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve etc.) and capability to deliver at pace.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and produce storyboards.
  • Collaboration with teams around the business to deliver their vision using briefs and guidelines.
  • Maintaining and organising file structures and working projects.
  • Skilled in audio management and colour correction.
  • Understanding of various camera formats, audio and file types.
  • Practical knowledge and experience of working with video production equipment including sound and light.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail and catching errors.
  • Can edit to a highly creative and technical standard.
  • Technically fluent in digital: social, web, mobile, apps.
  • English/Writing Qualification (e.g. GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).


Desired:


  • Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography.
  • Skilled at PowerPoint, and proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in managing your own projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to post-production schedules, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Awareness of the Frasers Group brands, products and services.
