This role is situated within a global financial services institution, offering a wide range of excellent banking solutions to their clients.


Your new role

Sitting within the lean FinTech team, you will be reporting to and assisting the Deputy Head of FinTech in delivering their 2023 IT strategy roadmap in line with helpdesk activities.

Being responsible for the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for improvingthe image of IT helpdesk within the business.

You will also be tasked with processing BAU change and any requests from users.

Mentoring and supervising junior members of the team will be required, ensuring performance levels and output are in line with businessobjectives.
