We are looking for 23 professional, friendly and reliable front of house professionals to support our client's global event on Monday 17th April, and Tuesday 18th April in the City of London.


As hosts and room monitors your job is to see that everyone is comfortable, and that things run smoothly at front of house.

Applicants MUST commit to both working days Non-negotiable.

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcome guests/delegates to the venue
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • Answer any queries they may have
  • Escort guests/delegates to assigned areas
  • Greet guests / delegates upon their departure
  • Assist Event Managers as needed

Key skills / attributes required:

  • Reliable with good work ethic
  • Previous work experience as a Host / Events support/ Customer Service / Receptionist etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrable customerservice skills


 General computer literacy
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
