As we continue to see exceptional growth and opportunity across the business, our Finance team have been central to ensuring that we continue to deliver a consistent and effective finance operation.

We are looking to add some extra support to the team through a particularly busy period, and now have a great opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to join us for a 12 month period to support with the day to day processing of our weekly payment runs and processing of supplier invoices.


This role would be based in Scotland, with a flexible hybrid working pattern blending home and office working of either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow.

We are happy to discuss how this might look for you as part of the recruitment process.

On a typical day
:

  • You'll prepare weekly payment runs in multiple currencies
  • You'll process as well as oversee the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies
  • You'll reconcile our monthly supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • You'll review purchase ledgers for any large or unusual items
  • Liasing with our operations team and outside vendors to answer queries professionally and promptly
