As we continue to see exceptional growth and opportunity across the business, our Finance team have been central to ensuring that we continue to deliver a consistent and effective finance operation.
We are looking to add some extra support to the team through a particularly busy period, and now have a great opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to join us for a 12 month period to support with the day to day processing of our weekly payment runs and processing of supplier invoices.
This role would be based in Scotland, with a flexible hybrid working pattern blending home and office working of either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
On a typical day
:
- You'll prepare weekly payment runs in multiple currencies
- You'll process as well as oversee the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies
- You'll reconcile our monthly supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- You'll review purchase ledgers for any large or unusual items
- Liasing with our operations team and outside vendors to answer queries professionally and promptly
