A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HR MANAGER AT THE IMPERIAL HOTEL BLACKPOOL

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:

  • Actively manage the recruitment process throughout the hotel, supporting heads of deparment to ensure compliance to Company process and policy.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Support the General Manager with all employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Provide coaching and support to departmental managers on performance related issues.
  • Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Promote respect and inclusion within the workplace, and act as ambassador for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
