HR Advisor Role at Agility Resourcing

Agility Resourcing is seeking an HR Advisor to join their HR Team, supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR team in delivering projects, ensuring local employee relations issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Coach and advise managers on complex absence issues, developing plans to manage absence appropriately.
  • Support managers in following attendance management procedures, providing guidance on ensuring agreed actions are delivered.
  • Investigate and provide support on disciplinary and grievance cases, including harassment and bullying, and whistleblowing.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the application of the disciplinary procedure, ensuring legislatively compliant and commercially focused employee relations advice.
  • Implement new/revised procedures and policies, ensuring correct application and adherence to timescales.
  • Support the health and wellbeing of employees, providing advice and guidance to line managers.
  • Design and deliver HR-related training, including investigation and disciplinary, attendance management, etc.
  • Advise managers on interpretation and implementation of terms and conditions of service, taking advice from senior colleagues when necessary.
  • Identify innovative HR solutions to facilitate achievement for business partners, sharing best practices with colleagues.
