HR Advisor Role at Agility Resourcing

Agility Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR Team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Provide support across the HR team on the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure local employee relations issues are resolved quickly and effectively, providing guidance and support to managers as needed.
  • Coaching and Development: Advise and coach managers on complex absence issues, supporting the development of a plan to manage absence appropriately.
  • Investigations and Disciplinary Procedures: Support managers to follow attendance management procedures, providing advice and coaching as appropriate to ensure agreed actions are delivered.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of new/revised procedures and policies, ensuring correct application and adherence to timescales.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Ensure advice and support is provided to line managers for the health and wellbeing of employees.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the design and delivery of specific HR-related training, including investigation and disciplinary procedures, attendance management, and employee relations.
  • Advice and Guidance: Support and advise managers in providing consistent and appropriate advice on interpretation and implementation of terms and conditions of service.
  • Business Partnerships: Support the business partners by identifying innovative HR solutions to facilitate achievement for their sites/offices and/or divisions, sharing best practices with colleagues for use across the Group.
