We are currently looking to fill the position of Energy Procurement Manager for one of our clients.

Join our team as an Energy Procurement Manager where you'll be instrumental in providing a comprehensive procurement service for utilities to our valued clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders, playing a vital part in enhancing client retention and fostering growth by ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee team performance in alignment with set KPIs.
  • Highlight risks to senior management and present viable solutions for approval and execution.
  • Address complaints within specified timeframes and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with suppliers.
  • Set and drive team objectives and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and report on performance metrics and risk factors.
  • Conduct audits to ensure quality, system integrity, and process adherence.
  • Provide guidance, training, and supervision to team members.
  • Inspire and motivate team members towards success.
  • Utilize technology effectively to optimize service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and products.
  • Support efforts in acquiring new business.
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory updates affecting clients.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of electricity, gas, and water clients.
  • Suggest enhancements to service offerings to senior management.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and suppliers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of energy markets and available services.
  • Nurture strong relationships and communication with supplier partners.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record in procurement with a strong skill set.
  • Prior involvement in the energy sector, offering valuable perspectives.
  • Dedication to excellence and a drive for delivering top-tier service.
