Job Description

Our reputable company is seeking a skilled SAP S4 MM lead for a dynamic role in Camberley, Surrey. The ideal candidate should thrive in a hybrid work environment, with a mix of on-site presence and remote work flexibility. A competitive salary of up to £75,000 along with an attractive benefits package is being offered. The anticipated start date for this exciting opportunity is in early to mid July.

As a valuable member of our project team, your responsibilities will include driving changes, conducting testing, providing training, and managing data migration. You will be involved in specification preparation, data reconciliation, test result creation, documentation, and end user training.

Additionally, you will be tasked with:

  • Managing MM configurations and incident resolution/analysis in line with SLAs.
  • Developing RICEFs and designing reporting solutions as well as addressing bug fixes in existing reports.
  • Driving enhancements and continuous improvements within the SAP system, including delivering changes, overseeing mini projects, and enhancing materials management processes.
  • Estimating efforts and creating project plans for change requests, product upgrades, and finalizing new procurement solutions.
  • Organizing internal functional SAP forums and translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • Leading business process developments, including mapping, conducting fit-gap analyses, and overseeing functional and technical projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.

In addition to the above, you should possess expertise in:

  • Inventory Management.
  • Non-SAP Vendor Invoice Management software.
  • Workflow management.
  • Invoice mapping and approval.

We prefer candidates who are located within a reasonable commuting distance of Camberley, Surrey, as weekly on-site presence is necessary, with the added flexibility of working remotely for 2-3 days each week. Successful applicants will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork capabilities.
