Our UK and Ireland Shared Services Finance team are looking for a full time Accounts Administrator to join the team at our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey. You will work closely in a small dedicated team with a high profile workload and track record for delivery and engage closely with all stakeholders most notably production, procurement and commercial in order to pay subcontract suppliers promptly and correctly. This is a great opportunity for a highly collaborative and enthusiastic professional to join and support an area of the business with significant growth potential.

**Your work environment**

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, this full-time role is based at our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey, with occasional travel between other office locations as required.

**Your mission**

Your key activities will include:

- Processing a high volume of high value subcontractor payments for operating regions.
- Setting up new Subcontractor details on SAP.
- Reviewing CIS status, including dealing with subcontractors.
- Liaising with site staff in connection with the workflow process as required.
- Inputting accurate payment details and controlling payment dates.
- Dealing with telephone and written queries from Subcontractors and Sites both internally and externally.
- Electronic filing of all paperwork i.e. certificate of payments, CIS details, bank details etc.
- Assist with ad hoc department projects as required.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and accurate checking of all payments
- Pro-active approach to problems, with the ability to spot potential errors and resolve
- Ability to build good working relationships with both external suppliers and internal customers
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to make decisions about referring potential problems to the Manager
- Strong administrative skills, with the emphasis on accuracy rather than speed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP processing system and CIS scheme desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Ideally you will have some previous experience with working in an accounts department
