Manag and own the process of E2E logistics documentation flow for OF Projects in execution.

How to contribute to our vision

Be logistics E2E process owner, own the interface to ECC, GPO,EXE PM TRA, Site Logistics, commercial (F) organization, projects,SBI, order management, if needed​

Participate in project specific logistic value flow discussions on projectlevel and support projects​

Drive dialogue with SBI team to ensure SAP is setup for coming projects​

Ensure ordering teams’ scope are covered and understood in logisticvalue flow​

Drive improvement topics ​

Make sure that the workload on the projects is covered ​

Coordinate with documentation coordinator on responsible projects​

Portfolio view, building on project specific learnings and procedures –including perspective on market/regional differences​

Professional logistic background

Great communication skills, analytical skills, consistency, attention to details

Previous experience in global teams would be a plus

SAP knowledge

English level: Advanced

5-10 years experience
