Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for a Projects Department managing a team of Project Engineers and Technicians too, this is a new position within the business and is one of great importance, as you will be sitting within the SLT.


My client is a very well established manufacture within the process industry, working with a great range of customers, producing custom made and bespoke parts. In this role you will be given great autonomy to do your job and the end goal being to continually improve project management and continuous improvement internally.



Responsibilities:

  • Running Projects Team, maintaining deep understanding of projects status’
  • Dealing with and managing customer relationships
  • Managing launches of new products with Design team
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure continual improvements
  • Document control, keeping on top of this both directly and indirectly


Experience:

  • Circa 10 years in Project Management
  • Ideally from an engineering role and grown into project management
  • Must have worked in a Manufacturing environment
  • Worked on a range of projects, varying in value, timeframes, and longevity
  • Desirable to see a Degree in Engineering or qualification in Project Management
