Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple projects within the Defence sector, overseeing refurbishment and new build works of £1M+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects across the region, ensuring delivery against cost and managing subcontractor performance.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, focusing on delivering exceptional results.
  • Develop the pipeline of works to achieve targets and required margin.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including reviewing project schedules and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain project risk and issues strategy and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • SMSTS & NEBOSH certifications, with a minimum of NVQ Level 4 or above in Construction Management.
  • Experience of managing commercial projects, with a focus on cost management and subcontractor performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
