Job Description

**Job Title:** Project Management Office Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our Finance and Corporate Services team, you will provide comprehensive project support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project support activities, including tracking actions, ensuring updates are communicated, and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for team events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Programme Leadership Team, including room bookings, visitor registration, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the central contact for booking time with Programme Sponsors, Directors, and other stakeholders to avoid conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and diligent, with the ability to work proactively and at pace.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Process-driven.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive in problem-solving.

Working Arrangements:

This is a 12-month contract position, working on a PAYE basis at £16.11 per hour.
