Maintenance Administrator

A newly established maintenance company requires a property maintenance administrator to be based in our Chester office to undertake a key administrational role.

The new maintenance company feeds work off our sister company which is an Estate Agent

The Role will include but is not limited to:
Monitoring and managing the inbox the works orders come in to

Inputting all works orders onto the management software (Joblogic)

Arranging appointments with tenants

Diary management for our contractors (6 at the moment)

Keeping all property managers up to date with works and schedules/sending out daily updates

Producing quotes and invoices

Opening trade accounts for materials/skips etc

This is an admin heavy role - the applicant must be organised and able to multitask effectively.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience in using job logic is advantageous

Good communication skills

Good organisational skills

Good IT skills - use of excel and management software training will be provided

A team player

Works well under pressure

Experience is beneficial within the maintenance field, but not necessarily required with the right applicant.

Days of work:
Monday - Friday (37.5 hrs) between 9.30 am pm and 1 hour for lunch. Every other Saturday is required with a day back in lieu in the week.

Pensions will be provided.
