The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering online technical training programs and certifications to our employees, customers, and partners.

Design and deliver effective technical training programs on various topics such as software applications, programming languages, IT infrastructure, or specialized tools.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.

Develop comprehensive training materials including storyboards, presentations, handouts, and online resources.

Work closely with E-learning designers to create engaging e-learning content including interactive modules, videos, assessments and simulations.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) for deploying and managing online courses.
