We have a great opportunity for someone to become a Service Manager. In this role you would be responsible for the running of the ICT support teams to ensure the ICT Service is able to work effectively to support the Council's day-to-day business functions.

Responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of the Council's ICT Strategy, supporting the development of the ICT Service and managing several ICT transformation projects and programmes.

As part of the Service Management Team in the ICT service, the role will help to share and develop the service's procurement pipeline, service improvement plan, logistical support, service governance and programme of work.
