Back in 2002, three buddies set out to create a cozy café-bar they'd love to hang out in, and today, the Group stands out as one of the fastest-growing all-day operators in the UK, consistently surpassing the wider hospitality sector's performance over the last few years.

About the role:
- Be responsible for maintenance and decoration across approximately 30-40 sites in North-East England.
- Field-based position spending time across our diverse brands.
- Make regular site visits, demonstrating flexibility in travel and accommodation.
- Utilize initiative to resolve issues and collaborate with contractors and helpdesk.
- Opportunity for growth within the company towards Facilities Management or Maintenance team leads.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with Operations team to ensure excellent day-to-day service delivery.
- Support site operations for safe, legal, and high-quality standards.
- Inspect sites, oversee contractor work, and provide team coaching.
- Handle issues, incidents, and maintenance performance.
- Manage contractors and decoration processes.
- Conduct financial audits and produce maintenance status reports.
Skills & Experience required:
- Preferably experience in the Leisure/Hospitality sector.
- Ability to address maintenance issues effectively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems like Access Maintain.
- Driver's license and independent work capability.
