The

Director, Regional Sourcing – Europe


is responsible for overseeing and administering the procurement and sourcing strategies in the region to ensure Krispy Kreme markets are getting the best value on procured goods and products.

This role connects business needs to suppliers' capabilities to promote growth, cost efficiency, quality and service ensuring holistic and agile community of sourcing options and applying a growth mindset to test & drive new ways of working.

This role will leverage scale with existing markets growth and new markets openings, be closer to the markets needs and regulation and use market intelligence as foundation for best sourcing strategy.

*QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENTLY BASED IN THE LONDON AREA, UNITED KINGDOM MARKET*A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Regional Sourcing & Supply:

nDefine Regional sourcing strategies (in collaboration with other regional leads and global category leads) including segmentation of strategic/preferred suppliers, developing and approving new suppliers, negotiations and contracts management.nManage Regional sourcing events and collaborate on global events by initiating and completing RFQ's, RFP's for key goods and services.nWork closely with global Innovation, R&D and Quality to lead sourcing for new innovations, reformulated products, materials approvals and regional LTOs.nLeverage global and regional suppliers to offer supply coverage across the region to support both existing markets and new market openings; Lead for regional contracts negotiations, & vendors management.nNew Markets OpeningnPartner with cross functional teams in International Market development, Innovation, R&D, Regulatory and others to support new markets openings while continuing to evolve on sourcing strategies.

nEnsure end to end Supply Chain support for JV and franchisee markets:

regulatory guidelines, commodity strategy recommendation, vendor introduction and qualification.nEnhances focus on new market openings by having approved 'go-to' suppliers and support initial local suppliers identification.


nContinuous Optimization:
nDrives profitable growth fueled by efficiencies through materials cost structure optimization for existing and new market openings.

Provide support for design-to-value initiatives, from opportunity identification through negotiation and implementation.nManage products and activities in a manner that drives costs out of supply chain with considerations of quality, reliability of supply, lead times and consistent service to the customer base.

nSupport Global procurement processes and suppliers selection standardization and best practices sharingnPeople and Personal Development:

nDevelop personal goals to support Krispy Kreme values and procurement department objectives.nAssist in the training and development of procurement team.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:


nMinimum of ten years' experience in senior management procurement role; Minimum of three years of international global procurement experience.nBachelor's Degree in similar field required.nExceptional negotiation and collaboration skills that enhance the company's value structure.
