This will be measured through excelling client KPI's and business objectives, growth in agency revenue, as well as client feedback.nThe development of your team is a key indicator of how well you are performing in the role, it's essential we see growth in their development through achieving and over-achieving on their objectives.nAs a senior leader, success will also be defined by the completion of department wide projects, as per our department strategy & objectives.

You team will also need to do the same.nYou are a self-starter with a passion for paid social and marketing.nA leader for Paid Social knowledge, evidence of own thought leadership, up-to-date certifications essential.nOperationally proficient with project management skills.

You demonstrate a clear ability to manage multiple tasks and differing priorities, not only for yourself but for others.nExceptional attention to detail.nEvidence of working with large multi-market clients, budget, and strategy for Paid Social.nStrong knowledge of both Brand Performance led Paid Social planning and Campaign Activation.

Knowledge of advanced Paid Social products including ASC, CAPI etcnEffective communicator. You will show an ability to be able to talk to clients clearly about performance and strategy.

You make the complex, simple.nExperience managing resourcing on a large account, and the ability to outline effective roles and responsibilities for each level within the team.nExperience in line management and setting development plans for your direct reports.

Clear evidence of giving constructive feedback to team.nExpert knowledge of Paid Social platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Linkedin, Pinterest etc, as well as knowledge of areas such as Attribution, Viewability, Incrementality measurement etc.nYou don't shy away from taking ownership for you and your team's output.

You identify solutions to problems and are proactive to preventing issues.nInvolvement in new business pitches is a bonus.
