Roster Coordinator and On Call Duties

Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Manage and maintain employee rosters efficiently
  • Coordinate with team leaders to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Utilise computerised systems for rostering and scheduling
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain office records and documents
  • Assist with office tasks using Google Suite and QuickBooks software
  • On call duties will include 1 weekend a month oncall to assist with staff sickness and absences.

Access to a vehicle is needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks software is advantageous
  • Experience in rostering is prefered however training will be given
  • Friendly and passionate about caring for people and maintaining good communication with staff and our clients family members.
