Roster Coordinator and On Call Duties

Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage and maintain employee rosters efficiently
- Coordinate with team leaders to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Utilise computerised systems for rostering and scheduling
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain office records and documents
- Assist with office tasks using Google Suite and QuickBooks software
- On call duties will include 1 weekend a month oncall to assist with staff sickness and absences.
Access to a vehicle is needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software is advantageous
- Experience in rostering is prefered however training will be given
- Friendly and passionate about caring for people and maintaining good communication with staff and our clients family members.
