Are you an administrator looking for a new role? If so, TR2 Recruitment want to here from you TR2 Recruitment are working with a well established client based in Penryn who are looking for a Office Administrator to join their team.

**This position is to start immediately.**

**Day to day duties will include;**
- Diary management for the management team
- Office duties (filing, printing and phone calls)
- Booking meetings and conferences for all staff members
- Ensuring all receipts, invoices and bills are sent across to the accounts team
- Providing addresses, job numbers and job cards for all field colleagues.
- General database usage

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as an Administrator/Receptionist/Admin assistant
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and filing.
- Some understanding of Engineering sectors (desirable but not essential)
