We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team in managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Duties:

  • Send weekly invoices to clients and Cornwall Council
  • Manage Payroll and experience of Quickbooks is prefered
  • Support other staff with administrative tasks as required
  • On Call duties will include 1 weekend a month to be available to answer phones and cover any staff sickness or absences, training will be provided.

Skills:

  • Experience as an Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks software.

Access to a vehicle is needed
