Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team in managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
If you have excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a team who empower each other, we would like to hear from you.
Duties:
- Send weekly invoices to clients and Cornwall Council
- Manage Payroll and experience of Quickbooks is prefered
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as required
- On Call duties will include 1 weekend a month to be available to answer phones and cover any staff sickness or absences, training will be provided.
Skills:
- Experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software.
Access to a vehicle is needed
