PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To join a supportive and experienced team within Human Resources.

The aim of this position is to assist the HR team with all administrative office duties.

  • Maintaining and updating manual and computerised records.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Communicating with the management and staff regarding information from phone calls or records that need to be completed.
  • To work collaboratively with managers and staff to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
  • Maintain Confidentiality at all times regarding information and clients and staff.
  • Any other administrative tasks deemed appropriate.
  • Aid in recruitment ensuring the safer recruitment procedures are followed.
  • Assisting with formal interviews and/or meetings if required.
  • Scanning, filing and archiving documents.
  • Updating and amending documents.
  • Completing online orders for the staff/organisation.
  • Keep all administrative documents up to date including training matrix, Start and end date record, annual leave/sickness/cancellation records etc
  • Taking minutes for meetings/investigations

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication & interpersonal skills
  • Work within company's policy & procedures
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Office and excel
  • General office duties including, filing, typing and scanning
  • Excellent typing skills

EXPERIENCE:

  • Administrative: 2 year (required)
Part-time hours: 25+ per week (3 full days a week)
