Office Administrator

Duties:
- Develop and manage office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct data entry tasks
- Organize and schedule guesthouse bookings
- Organize function bookings and schedules.
- Organize Cash sheets and schedule rotas.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
