Working for this family run business the duties of the Service Administrator will be as follows:

  • Be the first point of contact for any service/maintenance telephone calls
  • Allocate engineers to specific jobs
  • Collate all details for engineers vehicle tracker, expenses and time sheets
  • Add all information regarding works onto the CRM system
  • Process purchase orders
  • Liaise with payroll with regards to payroll and hours worked for engineers
  • Run reports outlining new and ongoing jobs
  • Prepare and raise invoices for completed jobs
Ideally the successful Service Administrator will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous administrative support experience within scheduling/coordinating engineers
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to pick up new systems
  • Keen, enthusiastic and wants to learn
  • Hardworking, loyal and committed

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work Location:
In person
